At 23, Annalyze has established herself as one of the leading ladies of
breakbeats and turntabalism. She has played all over the US and Canada,
alongside DJ's such as Qbert, Baby Anne, the X-ecutioners, Dopey and DJ Rap to
name a few. Her stellar turntablism and mixing have earned her national
sponsorships giving her the chance to play at the winter namm show in 2003 &
2004. To top it off, in June 2004 she taught scratch lessons at the West
Coast DJ Academy in San Diego with plans of returning to the Los Angeles
school next year!

Regularly rocking the club and party scene, crowds are not only mesmerized by
Annalyze's DMC scratching and turntable trickery, but her energetic stage
presence creating a vibe that keeps the dancefloor moving all night long. The
crowd pleaser that she is, Annalyze can often be found stepping away from the
turntables & joining the crowd in a dance!

But in order to truly understand the Annalyze, let's take it back to the
beginning. Since her first residency in Rochester NY, at the legendary club
Vibes. At Vibes, where she mostly played Break Beats & House, Annalyze,
knowing that music is her passion, wanted to explore different possibilities
and take it to the next level with the turntables tables. It was in the fall
of 2001 that she was inspired by some local scratch/turntablist DJ's and
realized that scratching was what she really wanted to learn. Two years later,
at the winter NAMM show, she was able to showcase her skills, which earned her
the sponsorship from Stanton. Returning at winter NAMM 2004 show, Annalyze
played alongside fellow scratch mistress DJ Shortee (one half of the Atlanta
based duo Faust & Shortee). Together Annalyze and Shortee formed the first
female scratch duo Twice as Nice, and both the ladies are featured in two
female DJ documentaries entitled "Girl" and "Vinyl is a Girl's Best Friend".
Annalyze was also featured in DJ Shortee's instructional dj dvd "DJ 202" .

It doesn't end there. Annalyze has also recently stepped into the studio,
where she's been working on some original material, with the goal of releasing
her first track by summer of 2005. She's also been collaborating with a few
other breakbeat producers and has been sampling scratches for other artist's
material.
